Role & Responsibilities:

• Work with a Digital Marketing Manager to develop marketing plans, advertising, and campaigns.
• Define and engage with target audiences.
• Support our content-led, inbound marketing strategy by distributing content and monitoring its performance.
• Write engaging varied marketing copy and work with specialist copywriters where applicable.
• Implement our social media strategy (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram) to encourage and maximise engagement.
• Liaise with our in-house designer to produce compelling marketing collateral including guides, social media posts, blog imagery and other graphics.
• Responsible for keeping all marketing assets up to date and relevant. Conducting regular market research including marketing trends, industry knowledge, customer insight, etc.
• Organise and attend events including conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
• Work independently as a key member of the marketing team, with managers and experts across the business.
• Work closely with the client success team to delight existing clients.
