As a client manager you will maintain and develop client-business relationships. You will help make the public more aware of a business and bring in revenue. You must have a strong understanding of our products and services. You must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a client manager you will serve as a liaison between Apexure and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. You will also manage client relationships, develop account plans, and deliver proposals.

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
